Another Democratic Congresscreature went to Iraq and was shocked by how much the media is lying. This time it’s Carolyn McCarthy from New York.

Supreme Court justice Sandra Day O’Connor has stated that Supremes decisions in the future will be based on “international law” rather than the moldy old US Constitution. Misha opens up with all barrels.

  • The usual

The British Home Secretary has warned of widespread recruitment of young British Muslims for jihad and terrorism. Naturally there’s a lot of seething and whining in response.

Victor Davis Hanson has a great new column about those pesky J-E-W-S and how they incite poor innocent EUrocrats to say rude things. Heh heh.

  • Really?

Daily Kos (a popular far-lefty blog) readers are terrified that the economy is improving. I cannot make this up. And they wonder why they’re called anti-American.

The Fab Five have gotten a raise, although by network TV standards they’re about 100x underpaid still. Sucks to be on basic cable I guess.

  • We got listed by Kosmic Bloggers, which appears to list blogs that mention Ken Wilber and Spiral Dynamics. Z. and I both are extremely amateur about that stuff, but it’s certainly fascinating (in particular, Ken’s “Mean Green Meme” idea provides an excellent explanation of the (post)modern Left and why irony haunts them). Incidentally, we ran into Ken by very different paths – he via musician Stuart Davis and me via a Den Beste piece.
