Oh man

CBS White House correspondant John Roberts referred to Judge Alito as “sloppy seconds” as part of a question to Scott “Eep!” McClellan. Really. Ace has quotes from other public figures. (And by “quotes” I mean “stuff he made up that’s funny”). 2000x drink alert, more for the Helen Thomas parts.

Muslim women have launched an international “gender jihad” against sexist interpretation of Islam. Now this is the kind of thing I like to see. Burn those burkas, ladies!

  • A little humor

I’ve found a video of Sunday’s most amusing moment: a fan ran onto the field during the Green Bay/Cincinnatti game, stole the ball from surprised Packers QB Brett Favre, and made it almost 50 yards before any security got him.

  • Baby, I-I-I can’t wait

Bill Maher and his studio audience got dismembered by FNC’s Tony Snow a few days ago. I’ve got my TiVo set for the next repeat already.

Update: it’s actually on now. Thus far Helen Thomas is on. What an old bat. And Maher just brought up Jeff Gannon, because *that’s* topical.

Oh man. It’s the segment with Snow now, and he’s just *owning* them. I’ve never seen such a bitchslapping on TV before.

  • YEEEARGH!

Sorry, I went all Dean there for a moment. Anyway, one thing I think Ann Coulter rightfully got nailed on during the Miers thing was the implication that we should only be led by Ivy Leaguers. For those who think that’s a good idea, check out what our future betters at Harvard are up to.
