Former NFL player Keyshawn Johnson is going to host a design show. I am not making this up.

One of the casualties of this year’s Activision-Vivendi-Blizzard merger was the awesome looking Ghostbusters game. But now it’s back under the Atari label. I love this town!

This was an Internet phenomenon 2 or 3 years ago when it was originally posted, but I just ran into it recently. Presenting the world’s crappiest theme park. It’s in Egypt.

  • On Election Day, CNN ran a goofy stunt where Wolf Blitzer interviewed people via “hologram”. (It wasn’t really a hologram, of course – technology isn’t there yet). Everyone promptly mocked it as being similar to a certain scene in Star Wars and now Slate’s obligingly done the necessary editing. Hee.

  • Today’s “substance” post

John Stossel from 20/20 had a fantastic special 2 weeks before the election that nobody saw about the uselessness of government (it’s a big underground favorite among those who voted for Dr. Paul). It’s called “The Politically Incorrect Guide To Politics”. I guarantee there’s stuff you haven’t heard about before in here (including the real reason New Orleans is still rotting), and there’s plenty of commentary from the awesome economist Dr. Walter E. Williams.

It’s split into 6 parts by the commercial breaks, so here goes:
    Part 1.
    Part 2.
    Part 3.
    Part 4.
    Part 5.
    Part 6.
