   They almost make the UN peacekeepers look like models of decorum – except for the rapes and the goats, that is. People have condescendingly referred to us as ugly Americans for years, but I’d have to say the Russians take that crown away from the British sports fans who first wrested the title away. They’re not doing their vile country any good by stealing cars and shooting at innocent people. Did cops from New Orleans sign up for the Russian army?
