Irony is the enemy of the post-modern left(tm)

Ed Morissey covers all the slams used against Palin. But Alan Colmes has gone for the gold with a claim that she was too busy being governor to get proper pre-natal care on her 5th child and that’s why it has Down Syndrome. Except that science and medical facts don’t back that up – it’s purely a genetic defect, and relatively common for mothers over 40.
UPDATE: Colmes has now yanked that post.

One Response for "Hosing down the slime"
So much for the claims that Alan Colmes is a nice guy. Obviously he’s also an idiot if he doesn’t know that the chances of Downs and other defects rise as the mother gets older.
