And not only does she come from that heart of middle America, she has been tremendously popular among her fellow Alaskans, meaning that the sneering jibes hit at all of middle America, too.”

   Lame. That KOS story was apparently sourced by an angry rival in Alaska and I can’t believe that anyone bought it. Bill Maher can never resist the low hanging fruit and has always been more than a bit sexist.
