There’s a new search tool that lets you determine who’s been editing Wikipedia pages. It was intended by Wired magazine and the techno-socialist crowd to find Halliburton and Diebold under every bed, but Charles, Ace, and Allah all had the same brainwave: point it at the New York Times. Sure enough, lots of amusement came pouring out, including a highly professional reporter who edited the article on President Bush to say “Jerk jerk jerk jerk jerk jerk jerk jerk”. And the meticulous fact-checker who changed Condoleeza Rice’s hobby from “concert pianist” to “concert penis”. (What is this, 9th grade?)

President Bush is expected to announce later this morning that Karl Rove is resigning to “spend time with his family”. (Probably more like “to spend time with whoever’s polling best among the Republicans”). Anyway, Laura over at Ace’s has already collected some reactions from the Democratic Underground.
