Hmm

Free Muslims Against Terrorism held an anti-terror demonstration yesterday in D.C. But, uhh, pictures of the event aren’t helping.

Everyone’s used to Roger Ebert tossing in improbable bits of liberalism in his reviews by now. But it’s equally jarring when he throws in a polite Ann Coulter reference. Maybe he’s joined Alan Colmes’ “Get Your Damn Hands Off Her, Drudge!” club.

  • I’m just sayin’

This is quite possibly the funniest post ever. Like the rest of Huffington’s Toast, it requires one small bit of quasi-insider info: Glenn these days links seemingly only to three people: Ann Althouse, Mickey Kaus, and Jeff Jarvis. Oh, heck, read the whole thing.

Also, for you non-computer-savvy types out there, lemme solve the mystery of who’s writing it:

    Domain name: huffingtonstoast.com

    Registrant Contact:
    LITTLETINYWIT.COM, INC.
    Steve H. (TINYLIAR@LITTLETINYLIES.COM)
    Miami, FL 33243
    US

There’s no way Steve’s writing it himself though – most of the posts are Aaron flavored, and I think I detect a note of Moxie too. Oh, and the Chavez post has gotta be Val.

  • The Inside Premiere Date Announced

Taking a break from the political for a moment. Here’s some more news about an upcoming show that has me pretty excited, The Inside. Let me see if I have your attention: Tim Minear, Jane Espenson, David Fury, Adam Baldwin, Katie Finnearan, Richard Hatem and more. I’ve heard rumors that a certain Gareth Davies and a certain Ben Edlund may be onboard as well but don’t quote me. I’ve also heard from a little birdie that the scripts so far are unbelievable. Here’s hoping Fox allows Tim the time and space to make this show take off! This article has the premiere date.

Keith Olbermann has the right idea. Forget all the PoMo wankery and just put 2 square buildings there. Large neon Arabic letters reading “FREE GOATS” with an arrow pointing to the Trump Tower would provide all the security necessary.
