More CAIR follies

Thanks to a tip from the guys at Terror-Free Oil here’s some fun Fox News clips you might have missed:

Bill O’Reilly vs. a CAIR spokesman re: “Islamic Fascism”.
Ben Stein vs. the same CAIR spokesman, who’s in full “blame the Joooos” mode.

  • The IoT movie review

Snakes on a Plane. It’s completely awesome if you’re at all a fan of either cheesy movies that know they’re cheesy or Samuel Jackson kicking ass. I throughly enjoyed it and I may see it again tomorrow.

Fair warning: this movie is rather like Rocky Horror in that a certain level of audience interactivity is likely to occur. So you’re ready, cheering is likely when: the title comes on screen, Samuel Jackson’s credit appears, Sam himself first appears, the plane takes off, and the timer hits zero to release the snakes. And everyone will likely yell the film’s signature line(1) along with Sam and then cheer. The large audience I saw it with (mostly high school kids) was already tuned into these rules and did all the cheers, which added to the fun.

    (1) “Enough is enough. I’ve had it with these mother******g snakes on this mother*****g plane!”

  • Talk about surrender

The Department of Homeland Security gave CAIR a detailed guided tour of security at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. That’s criminal.

  • Where’s the global warming?

I mean, seriously. The guys on the Weather Channel are visibly antsy waiting for a major hurricane to destroy stuff. Kim du Toit says “not so fast”.

Steve H. has something to say too.

  • Why do they hate Germans?

Islamists were planning to blow up German commuter trains. As Glenn puts it, clearly this is because of their invasion of Iraq and failure to sign Kyoto.

  • StrategyPage sure thinks so, and here’s a detail they didn’t mention: the UN resolution does *not* include anything about disarming the Hezbos (Limbaugh was snarking about that subject yesterday). So as long as Israel’s position is that they’ll stay in Lebanon unti the Hezbos are disarmed the UN has been rendered useless (again).
